Manifesto
- AI was created based on stolen art and literature.
[we celebrate art]
- AI uses too much water.
[we appreciate water]
- AI is making people lazy and less inclined to use their brains.
[we explore our creative side and make efforts to think critically]
- AI distances us from each other. Instead of asking our smart friends, we ask a machine.
[we talk, create, struggle, and support each other]
- AI is damaging to the environment.
[we remain in awe of nature]
- AI is disrupting bees and other essential species.
[we learn about bees and how to help them]
- AI is peak patriarchy and capitalism, inserting itself where it doesn’t belong, without consent, and where there is no demand.
[we talk to the moon and value feminine energy, respecting each other]
- AI makes things too easy.
[mistakes are human and interesting. we take classes to express ourselves without perfection]
- AI reduces ownership.
[we value our belongings and repair things instead of throwing them away]
- AI is spreading, despite people’s opposition to it.
[we don’t use it unless required by our job, and we support each other’s resistance]
- AI is causing job loss for entry-level careers.
[we network, connect, and remember that we’re not alone]
- AI is not inevitable. We can resist.
[we will not give ourselves to the machine]
- Only the oligarchs benefit from our compliance.
[we remain in community and invest our resources locally]
